I would like to thank Mr. Etchell Alfonso General Manager of Ecology Water Systems Tech who helped us in a critical situation. When Our water softener for the boiler failed and we were in a dire need to have it fixed right away as the power plant depended on this water softener here at California Institute for Women (CIW).
I called Mr. Alfonso, he came promptly to assess the issue with the equipment. He came up with parts next morning and had the system up and running. He went up and beyond to check for any other issues that might arise in the future and reprogrammed both water softeners and tested the operation to our satisfaction. All I can say is we are very pleased with Ecology Water Systems the way they handled the issue professionally and promptly.
